Change is in the Air

Yet again, I find myself Moving On.  Transitioning.  Progressing.  Things are happening.

I’m excited about the things that have already been prepared for me.  After this summer’s holiday with my family, I’ll be heading back to the desert.  There, on the other side of the world, I’ll be settling into a new workplace (full of paste smells, band-aids and paintbrushes), a new home (full of new jokesters) and a new place of fellowship.  I couldn’t be more excited as everything begins to change around me, but I still feel a tugging at my heart when I see Aliza and Norah do classic “Yaya and Norah” things.

With all the change in the air, I’ve realized that some changes have to be made with my blog.  (I know what you’re thinking….  You’re thinking- “You don’t know what I’m thinking.”  But besides that, you’re thinking- “I don’t want to go to a different website to keep up with you.  Let’s just stay where you are.”)  But listen-  I have my reasons.

As my days are dwindling down as a full-time part of Aliza and Norah’s lives, I’ve been finding it harder and harder to post anything besides things about them on  I’m one of those people that likes to leave little monuments in important places and I can’t think of a better way to mark my time with them than to keep that blog up and to keep it solely about them (and all of those other random things I posted about…)

So here we are.  A new home with new smells.  And I can’t wait.
